Most of us could quite readily explain certain attributes of God. We could all say God is loving, God is just, or God is faithful but those only begin to explain how God is, not who he is. The doctrine of the Trinity is one of the most important pillars of Christianity as it takes who God reveals himself to be in scripture and makes it clear to those who care to know.
This week, as we kick off our series focusing specifically on who God is, we will look not only at how God reveals his triune nature in scripture but also why it is important for us to understand this complicated concept. What we learn from this can have a direct impact on our lives as Christians and our relationships with both God, and each other.
