Ruth: Finding God in the ordinary
Some of the hardest decisions we make aren't the reckless ones; they're the ones that made complete sense at the time. This Sunday, we open the book of Ruth, a story set in one of the darkest seasons in Israel's history.
We meet a man who considered his options, chose the obvious one, and led his family in the wrong direction without knowing it. We also meet a woman who made one of the most remarkable turns in the entire Bible.
If you've ever made a choice that seemed completely reasonable and still cost you more than you expected, this message is for you. Because the obvious choice can still be the wrong one, and it's never too late to change direction!
